Letter of Acceptance:
After processing the application, if it is successful,
students will be sent with a letter of acceptance. This will
state that the college is willing to offer a place on the
course subject to payment of the tuition fees in full or in
instalments and other relevant conditions. For the
convenience of the overseas students, the letter will supply
a list of all the necessary documents to be submitted by the
students. All these documents should be originals.
Please remember that obtaining a visa takes time. You should
allow at least six weeks for applying and also allow time
for a letter to reach you by mail. Faxes will not be
accepted by the visa authorities. The total visa application
procedure involves patience.
You have to show the Immigration Officer that you are fully
able to finance your cost for each academic year and
necessary foreign exchange for this purpose is available.
Letter of Enrolment:
Upon receipt of the first instalment of the fees,
Whitechapel College will issue the letter of enrolment to
the overseas student stating that a place has been reserved
for him/her on the course. Students already in the UK will
be issued with a letter of enrolment only after the payment
of agreed deposit of the tuition fees.
The overseas student may use the letter of enrolment to
obtain a visa. Download Application Form
